What inspired you to create the Tender Skin Balm?

The Tender Skin Balm was born out of a very personal journey. My sister, Lauren, experienced incredibly sensitive skin after her cancer treatment, and she struggled to find skincare that was gentle, yet effective. That challenge really inspired me to develop products that offer not just relief but real results for sensitive skin. With the Tender Skin Balm, I wanted to create a versatile moisturiser that could tackle a range of skin concerns—dryness, irritation, itchiness—without causing further irritation.

What makes Madecassoside such a hero ingredient in the Tender Skin Balm?

Tiger Grass, also known as Centella Asiatica, is an incredible plant with amazing skin-healing properties. Its active component, Madecassoside, is a powerful anti-inflammatory, so it’s ideal for calming irritation and redness. It helps rebuild the skin barrier, which is especially important for people with sensitive skin. We love that it’s both soothing and deeply restorative, making it perfect for the Tender Skin Balm.

How does this balm fit into the daily skincare routine?

The beauty of the Tender Skin Balm is that it’s an all-in-one skin solution. It’s gentle enough to use on the face, including around the eyes, but it’s also rich enough to repair dry, cracked skin on the hands, body, and even feet. It’s designed to be applied whenever your skin needs extra care, whether morning or night. You can use it as an extra skin health boost in your skincare routine, or throughout the day on dry patches. It’s a real skin saviour for those with eczema, rosacea, or just general dryness.

What sets Tender Skin Balm apart from other moisturising creams?

What really sets it apart is its multi-use formula and its clinical backing. The balm is clinically proven to moisturise for up to 8 hours and improve the skin barrier. It’s dermatologically approved for sensitive skin, so we’ve taken great care to leave out any potential irritants like fragrances, essential oils, or parabens. Plus, we’ve packed it with nourishing plant oils like mango butter, jojoba oil, and babassu oil, which work together to heal and soothe. We’re proud that this balm can provide relief without the need for a prescription.

Can you tell us more about the sustainability aspect of the product?
