Orders & Payment
Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email from us with your order number and a summary of your order. Haven't received the email? Check your spam folder as the email may be waiting there for you.
Simply add the discount code at checkout to redeem the offer.
Codes cannot be applied retrospectively, or a refund given in lieu of a code that was not applied to an order.
If using an express mode of checkout like Apple Pay, complete your purchase at checkout (and not quick pay or in-cart) for the discount code to apply.
We offer FREE UK delivery on orders over £50, FREE EU shipping on orders over €100 and FREE shipping to USA & Canada on orders over $100.
To qualify for the free shipping threshold, the total cost of the order must be £50 / €100 / $100 or more after any discount codes are applied.
Our team works fast to prepare and send all orders as quickly as possible, which means we cannot make any changes to an order once it has been placed. Please double check all your details before placing an order.
We only offer digital Gift Cards.
If the Gift Card is for someone else, simply forward the Gift Card email to the lucky recipient. They can then redeem the gift by entering the digital code at checkout.
The Gift Card holds a balance which can be used over more than one order. If the balance is greater than or equal to the order total, you can click 'Complete order.' If not, you can choose a second payment method for the balance before placing your order.
Taxes are included in the price of our products.
If you're based in the EU, you will not pay any additional taxes, customs or duties.
Some countries may require a duty fee for delivery, such as Switzerland.
Delivery & Returns
We deliver to the UK, EU, USA and worldwide. Depending on the country you are in, the cost and timing for delivery may vary.
There are two options available in the UK:
- Tracked Royal Mail 2-5 working days | £3.90 or FREE on orders over £50
- Express DPD Next Working Day Delivery (order by 12pm Monday to Friday) | £6.95
Both delivery services are fully tracked.
The UK includes the Isle of Man, Guernsey and Jersey.

Delivery to Europe is available and orders are dispatched from our warehouse located in the EU.
Good news: If you're based in the EU, there are no additional taxes, customs or duties.
We use local couriers for the following countries:
- Zone 1 is £9: Croatia, Czechia, Hungary, Slovakia
- Zone 2 is £12: Austria, Germany, Liechtenstein, Netherlands, Romania, Slovenia
- Zone 3 is £15: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, France, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Poland, Portugal, San Marino, Spain
- Zone 4 is £20: Estonia, Finland, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Sweden, Switzerland
- Zone 5 is £25: Norway
Delivery takes 2-5 working days.

For worldwide shipping, including USA, Canada and Australia, shipping is £15 and usually takes 7-10 working days. This is a fully tracked and signed service.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email from us with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel's journey to you.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of being placed, excluding weekends and public holidays in the UK.
There is likely to be longer delivery times than normal during bank holidays, peak seasons, when there is any industrial strike action, or if you live in a remote location.
Each product is presented in a bespoke, beautifully designed carton. Each order is carefully hand wrapped with bespoke tissue paper too. It's the perfect choice as a gift for someone special.
Each order comes with complimentary bespoke tissue paper and you can include a personalised note with your order by adding a message in the box provided on the cart page, before checkout. There is no receipt or delivery slip with the order.
Each order can only be delivered to one address. The easiest way to send multiple products to different addresses is by placing separate orders for each.
If you experience your parcel going missing, please contact us and we will attempt to track down the parcel. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen parcels where the parcel has been registered as delivered, which includes notification of re-delivery or collection. If a parcel is returned to us, payment for a second delivery attempt may be charged. We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
We hope you love your purchase, but if a product you have ordered is damaged, please let us know immediately and within 15 days of purchase at the latest. We will gladly offer a full refund or replacement. Please quote your name and order number when emailing care@bysarahlondon.com providing details of the damage, including any photos. Once the item has been returned, a refund usually takes 3 to 5 business days to be credited back to your credit card or original payment method, or a replacement is sent free of charge. We can only refund delivery costs on products that are damaged.
Results vary from person to person and we cannot accept returns as a result of any skin conditions or reactions. We are always happy to help if you have any questions before and after purchase, and recommend reading the full ingredient list, suitability and how to use information first.
Our Products
Our skincare has been independently tested and is Dermatologicaly Approved for Sensitive Skin. Free from fragrance, and essential oils, our skincare is developed for the most stressed, sensitive skin.
Our entire skincare range is suitable for the most sensitive skin, including those going through chemotherapy, borne from our founders' sister story.
If you have any particular skin sensitivities or medical concerns, we do always recommend checking with your doctor or test patching on a small area of the skin first.
Our entire skincare range is safe for use during and after pregnancy and while breastfeeding. We do not formulate with any essential oils or synthetic fragrance, which can be skin irritants and expectant mums in particular look to avoid these.
If you have any particular skin sensitivities or medical concerns, we do always recommend checking with your doctor or test patching on a small area of the skin first.
All of our products are vegan and independently registered with The Vegan Society. You can shop with confidence as you’ll see The Vegan Society logo across our collection.
All of our products are approved under the Cruelty Free International Leaping Bunny programme, the internationally recognisable gold standard for cruelty free products.

We are committed to minimising our environmental footprint and choosing sustainable and eco-friendly packaging options.
We use amber glass bottles which are made from PCR glass. This glass also has the benefit of protecting the integrity and nutrient content of the cold-pressed plant oils from the deteriorating effects of sunlight. The glass is fully recyclable and, when recycled, breaks down and returns to its original state, mainly silica sand.
Most caps and pumps that are more than 40mm (which ours are) can be recycled, but it's always worth checking the information provided by your local recycling centre, or you can recycle at a local Terracycle drop-off point.
Each product comes in a beautifully designed carton. Our cartons are made from sustainably managed forests and are FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) approved. The FSC certification also guarantees full traceability.
Each order is carefully hand-packed with fully recyclable paper and our cardboard delivery boxes are fully recyclable, made from 100% recycled material. There is no single use plastic, bubble wrap or packing tape.

Tap the bottom of the bottle on a flat surface several times, then turn the product upside down and slowly pump the dispenser a few times. The pump should work as normal, but if this does not work, simply repeat 2-3 more times.

Our flexible subscription service means you get even better value and never run out of your By Sarah favourites. To set up a subscription select ‘Subscribe’ and choose the delivery frequency before adding the product to your cart. You’ll get 20% off the regular price and FREE UK shipping.
Deliveries will then be sent to you automatically and you’ll receive an email reminder 3 days before, giving you a chance to change or delay the delivery if needed.
You can change the products you receive in your subscription or cancel it by logging in to your account. We’d be sorry to see you go, please get in touch with us if there is anything we can help you with before cancelling your subscription.
Yes, you can change the next delivery date, change the frequency of deliveries or opt to get your next delivery now by logging in to your account.
Yes, you can do this by selecting the ‘Skip’ option in your account. You can also treat someone else who would love By Sarah products by giving your next delivery to them. Simply select ‘Skip’ and choose the ‘Gift order’ option.
These can be edited in the ‘Shipping information’ and ‘Billing’ sections in your account.
Subscribing gives you 20% off the usual product price, additional discount codes are not valid on subscriptions. The best way to hear about any other promotions is by signing up to our newsletter.
