In February, we became a certified B Corp and now, we are proud members of the Steering Committee of the B Corp Beauty Coalition. 

Founded in 2021, the B Corp Beauty Coalition is a membership-based collective action group of Certified B Corps in the cosmetics, personal care, and beauty industries that shares best practices and collaborates to improve positive impacts on the world and together push the cosmetics and beauty industries forward to a cleaner, greener, more just and inclusive future.

There are more than 40 certified B Corporations across 5 continents and we are delighted to be at the forefront, driving change in our industry and reinventing business by pursuing purpose, as well as profit.

There are just a handful of B Corp beauty brands in the UK and we are so proud to be pioneering in our approach to business, people and planet. 

What is a B Corp?

B Corp is the gold standard in sustainability. It's validation that a business meets high standards of verified performance, accountability, and transparency on factors from employee benefits and charitable giving, to supply chain practices and input materials. 

In order to reach this high bar and achieve certification, a company must: 

• Demonstrate high social and environmental performance

• Make a legal commitment by changing their corporate governance structure to be accountable to all stakeholders

• Exhibit transparency by allowing information about their performance to be publicly available
