For me, this is personal
When my sister Lauren was diagnosed with leukaemia, I became her life-saving stem cell donor. Following her transplant, the toughest part of her treatment, she was desperately ill. With an ulcerated oesophagus, she could barely eat and came close to needing a feeding tube. I brought her smoothies, soups and anything I could find to nourish her through her darkest days. That experience planted the seed for my belief in the power of nutrition to support recovery and build whole-body resilience.
