What are your delivery charges? 

  • UK Standard Delivery (1st Class Royal Mail) is £3.95 or FREE with orders over £40.00
  • UK Next Day Delivery (next working day, order by 1pm) is £6.45
  • Worldwide (3-5 working days) from £10.00 (depending on location)

You will have the opportunity to select your preferred delivery method as you proceed through checkout, and will be able to check the total order value before you complete the transaction.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to the UK, Europe and Worldwide. We dispatch via Royal Mail.

Do I have to pay import charges?

Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We’re afraid we cannot take responsibility for local customs charges. You may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

Can I track my order?

We will send you an email to acknowledge receipt of your order. If we are unable to fulfil your order following this acknowledgement, we will contact you by email or phone to let you know. We may not accept your order if an item you have ordered is out of stock, if we have identified a product or pricing error or if we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment.

Will I have to sign for my delivery?

Parcels will require a signature on receipt. If you do not think you’ll be at home, you can provide us with an alternative secure delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel. We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

What happens if my parcel is lost?

Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen parcels where the parcel has been registered as delivered. If you experience your parcel going missing, please contact us immediately and we will investigate with Royal Mail to attempt to track down the parcel.


If an item you have ordered is damaged, please let us know immediately. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund on any damaged product returned to us within seven days of your receipt, provided it is returned in its original packaging, in an unopened and unused condition. Quote your name and order number by emailing We will provide you with a returns address and make arrangements for a replacement to be delivered free of charge or send you a refund. 

Please be aware that we cannot offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items returned in a non-saleable condition.
