What's available in the Christmas Shop?
Our Christmas Shop includes all your By Sarah favourites plus some limited edition festive gifts. Everything is sustainable, made with natural or organic plant based ingredients and made in the UK. We would advise not waiting too long to order as we have limited stocks available. When it's gone, it's gone.
How do the Bundles work?
Choose from the Bestsellers Bundle, Balancing Bundle or the Bodycare Bundle and receive the Joy & Love Beauty Bag FREE with the code GIFTJOY. Remember to add the bag to your cart. One code per order. If you'd like to choose products that are not in the Bundles, you can also choose any 2 products and receive the Bag for free with the same code.
When will my order arrive?
Our online shop will remain open as usual over Christmas and New Year. We aim to ship all in-stock items within 24 hours of your order being placed, excluding weekends and public holidays in the UK. You will receive live updated tracking information in your order confirmation email.
The majority of our orders are being delivered on time as normal; however, due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, some national and international carriers are experiencing significant delays, especially where limited flights and increased parcel volumes have caused delays in processing, meaning some orders may not be delivered within specified timescales. Royal Mail is warning of disruption to their services, due to a lack of capacity, and despite hiring a record number of postal workers, demand is currently far exceeding even their inflated Christmas forecasts.

*Due to the ongoing pandemic, it is possible that next-day services may not be delivered on the next day.
We are no longer able to ship to the EU due to restrictions imposed by Brexit.
Do you offer gift wrapping or a gift receipt?
We don't provide gift wrapping for sustainability reasons. The receipt provided with each order does not show the price, so it is effectively a gift receipt, and each order comes with a handwritten "thank you" note.
Can items in my order be sent to different addresses?
Each order can only be delivered to one address. The easiest way to send multiple products to different addresses is by placing separate orders for each.
How do I redeem Loyalty Points?
Click here to redeem your Points. Sign in and this will show the Points you have available to redeem. Click "redeem" and then press "apply code". This will apply the Points to your qualifying order which will show on the checkout page under "discount". It is not possible to apply a discount code and redeem Loyalty Points at the same time.
