This year has been hard, really hard. Life can often feel like a very bumpy ride.

Having shared my personal story of fighting leukaemia on the Deliciously Ella podcast and in Vogue earlier this year, I'm now sharing another chapter of my story that has not been told - until today in this video.

On my journey and in my darkest days I've found inner strength in resilience, hope and optimism.

And now every Tuesday I’ll be here in our new #storiesofsurvival series, sharing what I’ve learnt along the way and hopefully inspiring you how to always have hope, no matter what path you're on or how uncertain things feel.
