Halloween Recipes You'll Love

The Halloween Recipes You'll Want To Enjoy Every Year

Halloween is almost here! If you're looking to enjoy the day from the comfort of your own home, we've rounded up a few of our favourite ways to spend this most spooky of holidays.

Pumpkin Spice Latte

You know it's Halloween when pumpkin spice lattes start appearing on the menu! And it's a delicious drink you can make at home. This warming autumnal drink will fill your kitchen with a delicious aroma and you can enjoy it with or without coffee (just leave out the espresso). With all the fragrant spices and frothy milk, it will leave you feeling warm and cosy. The Hemsley + Hemsley Pumpkin Spice Latte recipe is incredible - and so easy with just 5 steps.

Pumpkin Doughnuts

With zero waste becoming more and more important, I love this Pumpkin Doughnuts recipe from Tom Hunt (via Pebble) which is perfect for using up leftover pumpkin innards from Halloween. Tom has a "root to fruit" philosophy which means in his professional kitchen, The Natural Cook, he uses the whole food to minimise waste, and this is definitely a principle we can use at home too. It's another super quick and easy recipe, with many store cupboard ingredients and it's topped with cinnamon sugar. It won't disappoint!

Green Clay Face Mask

Kill two birds with one stone this Halloween: enjoy a face mask which not only will scare the neighbours (it's very green) but will give your skin an antioxidant boost too. Our Green Clay Face Mask is blended with certified-organic Moringa, Matcha Green Tea and French Green Clay which have exceptionally high levels of antioxidants and anti-inflammatories. This will rejuvenate and balance your skin for a healthier, more radiant complexion.

It's a recipe you can make to suit your skin type: mix a teaspoon of the mask with water (if you have normal skin), honey (dry skin) or natural yoghurt (oily skin) until a smooth paste forms. Apply to face and neck and leave on for 5-10 minutes before rinsing off with warm water, removing any excess with a damp Organic Muslin Facial Cloth.
