Here's what to look forward to

You are at the heart of everything we do at BY SARAH. Your orders make us jump for joy! Your reviews, emails and messages bring a smile to our faces every day. And we've been getting to meet so many more of you, packing more boxes and sending BY SARAH all around the world.

Sarah and I have been so hands on in fact, that we needed a few extra pairs of hands to help meet the demand. It's why we're now working with a special fulfillment partner in the UK to deliver your BY SARAH quickly and safely - which means we can do more of the things you've come to love (more on that below). It's a big step in our journey and we'd love for you to be a part of it too! Below is some more information to guide you through this next chapter of BY SARAH.

What is a fulfillment partner?

Up until today all of your orders have been prepared and shipped from our Studio in West Sussex. Our manufacturing will still be managed by us and take place in West Sussex. The change comes next: the finished products will now be sent to our fulfillment partner (using packaging made from recycled materials) and when you place your order, your BY SARAH will be hand-picked, packaged and sent to you on our behalf. There is nothing you will need to do differently; place your order in the usual way and it will be carefully dispatched by our partner and sent to you.

What tracking information will I receive?

We did a lot of research and made many trips to find the best partner. One of the key benefits you can now enjoy with our fulfillment partner is their state of the art live tracking information. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping email confirmation that will allow you to track your order on its way to you in live time. We are always looking for ways to improve your experience of BY SARAH and deliver excellent service - and we hope you love this new feature!

Will the delivery box be the same?

We worked with our fulfillment partner to find the most eco-friendly delivery box available. Your order will arrive in a cardboard box with recyclable packing paper inside to protect the products. There is no single use plastic, bubble wrap or packing tape. The boxes are a similar size to the boxes we have been using, though they may use a little extra packaging (we asked them to take extra care with your BY SARAH!) There is also a special note with every order - I'll let you discover the surprise, but here's a little hint: we are passionate about sustainability and we love to hear your ideas. 

Who do I contact if I have a question about my order?

While our fulfillment partner will be sending your orders, any questions regarding your order can be sent to us in the usual way. We're here and happy to help. You can reach us 24/7 by emailing hello@bysaralondon.com. Any questions, comments or feedback are always welcome.
